Product Overview

Medium/low-temperature screw units built with German Bitzer low-temperature semi-hermetic screw compressors, widely used in low-temperature rooms, blast freezers, ice-making equipment and freezing processing; evaporating temperature -35°C to -20°C using R22.

Model Naming

Model numbers begin with ANC, e.g. ANCDJ25DF: ANC is the brand identifier, DJ denotes a low-temperature single screw unit, 25 indicates horsepower, D denotes low temperature, and F denotes air-cooled condensing (S for water-cooled); dual parallel series include 2BL and triple parallel series 3BL.

Unit Configuration

Low-temperature screw compressor, oil separator, oil cooler, oil circuit components, condenser (water-cooled units only), liquid receiver, liquid-line filter, sight glass, economizer assembly, suction filter, pressure protectors, pressure gauges and control box (PLC + touchscreen).
