Product Overview
The PVC traffic door is made from clear, flexible PVC that lets people see through to the other side. It opens when a person or a loaded trolley pushes against it and swings back on its own after they pass, so hands stay free and the opening is rarely left open.
Structure
The leaf is 7 mm flexible PVC, with a 0.8 mm PVC-coated warning strip. The door frame is 2.0 mm SUS304 stainless steel and the fixed frame is 1.0 mm SUS304, hung on double-V hinges. A PTE elastomer seal runs around the leaf, and the hinges are heated to stop ice building up. A 220 V to 36 V control box supplies the heating. The material is easy to wipe down and needs no regular maintenance.
