Product Overview
This is a heavy-duty sliding door made for slaughter and meat processing lines, where the door faces constant washdown, hard use and a wet environment. It is built around stainless steel and a heavy rail rather than a standard light frame.
Structure
The leaf and frame use stainless steel folded edges with thermal breaks, and the face is color steel, stainless steel or embossed aluminum. A heavy anodized top rail carries the load, with an anodized side rail or a stainless floor rail. All hardware is 304 stainless steel with nylon parts, sealed by EPDM gaskets. The aluminum frame is heated on three sides, and threshold heating is optional. The PU core is flame-retardant, and an electric drive can be added.
