Product Overview

The high-speed roll-up door is made for openings with frequent traffic that need to be sealed quickly. It rolls up instead of sliding, so it opens and closes fast enough to replace a strip curtain or air curtain at a busy logistics opening. Versions are available for ambient and low-temperature use.

Structure

The curtain is 0.8 to 1.0 mm high-density polyester fabric in several colors, with a full-width clear vision panel and a 1.5 mm soft transparent section. It is rated for wind force 8 and has a weighted bottom seal that closes against uneven floors; brushes inside the rails cut side draughts. The door rolls onto a top drum inside a 2.0 mm cold-rolled steel frame, finished with automotive paint or powder coating.

Product Features

A variable-frequency drive runs the door from 0.6 to 1.5 m/s with a soft start under PLC control. The three-phase motor is IP55 rated with thermal and overload protection and an encoder limit switch. An infrared safety light curtain reverses the door if anything is in the opening, and a de-rail system protects the curtain. A manual crank handle works during a power cut.
