An insulated sectional door that moves up and overhead on rollers, saving space and sealing large industrial openings.
The sectional overhead door is built around a balance system. Hinged segments move up on rollers along side tracks and park flat under the ceiling, so no swing space in front of the opening is needed. It combines a solid build with insulation and is used on industrial buildings, plants and logistics warehouses.
Each 42 mm segment is 500 mm high and filled with 48 kg/m3 CFC-free polyurethane, faced with 0.5 mm embossed steel under a 20 micron polyester coating. Lift options cover standard, high-lift and vertical tracks depending on headroom. A wicket door and rectangular vision windows can be added.
