Cold Storage Doors

A fixed hydraulic dock leveler that bridges the height gap between the warehouse floor and the truck bed for fast forklift loading.

Key Features

  • Bridges dock and truck height differences hydraulically
  • Forklifts drive directly into the vehicle
  • Single-person operation speeds up loading
  • Reinforced pit design for repeated heavy loads

Applications

  • Warehouse and distribution loading docks
  • Cold storage and logistics loading areas
  • High-throughput goods receiving bays

Product Overview

The fixed hydraulic dock leveler is a loading aid that bridges the warehouse dock and the truck bed. Its height adjustment lets forklifts and pallet trucks drive straight into the vehicle, so one person can move a full load quickly.

Structure

The leveler sits in a reinforced pit. The pit is poured in 200-grade concrete with walls and base at least 350 mm thick, kept level with depth tolerance under 5 mm and equal diagonals. Conduit routing follows the button and power-box positions. Because pit forms vary, the exact layout should be confirmed with an engineer before selection.
