Blast freezers use powerful -35°C to -40°C airflow to rapidly move food through the maximum ice-crystal formation zone, reducing cell damage and preserving juices and texture after thawing; a key process in food processing and prepared-meal lines.
Freezing method: freezing racks (rack-type evaporators in direct contact with tray bottoms for high efficiency) or blast tunnels (belt/spiral continuous freezing, selected by capacity); both can be combined by batch freezing volume.
Room body: double-sided color steel polyurethane sandwich panels, 150mm thick (200mm optional for low-temperature duty), core density ≥40kg/m³, Class B1 fire rating; electric sliding or insulated hinged doors, insulated floor with anti-slip finish.
Refrigeration system: two-stage reciprocating or screw parallel units selected by freezing load and inlet temperature; dedicated high-efficiency blast freezers or rack-type evaporators with hot-gas and water defrost ensure stable heat exchange during continuous production.
Control: centralized PLC with touchscreen, dual-loop recording of room and product core temperature, over-temperature alarm, defrost programs and remote monitoring interface.
Delivery: 7–10 days design, 25–35 days production, 7–12 days on-site installation; delivered as EPC turnkey or equipment supply plus installation guidance, accepted via temperature compliance and pull-down curve tests.
