Conventional frozen storage cold rooms operating at -18°C to -25°C, designed for bulk frozen storage and turnover in food processing, supermarkets, catering supply chains and fresh-food e-commerce.
Freezer rooms use stable -18°C to -25°C temperatures for long-term frozen food storage, suppressing microbial growth and enzymatic reactions; the most widely used cold room type in food processing, distribution and catering supply chains.
Temperature range: adjustable -18°C to -25°C, meeting national standard storage temperatures for most frozen foods; low temperature fluctuation and stable product core temperature.
Room body: double-sided color steel polyurethane sandwich panels, 150mm thick, core density ≥40kg/m³, Class B1 fire rating; insulated floor with anti-slip finish, insulated hinged or electric sliding doors.
Refrigeration system: reciprocating or screw parallel units with air- or water-cooled condensing, selected by room volume, intake and door-opening frequency; ceiling air coolers with hot-gas or electric defrost and automatically controlled cycles.
Control: microcomputer or PLC automatically regulates and records temperature, with over-temperature alarm, remote monitoring interface, and optional temperature printing and data upload.
Delivery: 5–10 days design, 20–30 days production, 5–10 days installation; delivered turnkey with temperature compliance and pull-down tests.
